Cold Harbor provides infrastructure monitoring and transaction tools. It does not provide custody, investment advice, or a guarantee that a transaction will be accepted, confirmed, or recoverable.
Your responsibility
Verify destinations, amounts, fees, network selection, and signed transaction data before broadcast. You remain responsible for protecting wallet credentials and for all transactions authorized with them.
Availability
Services may pause for maintenance, chain reorganization, upstream failure, abuse prevention, or security response. Status readouts are operational observations, not a promise of continuous availability.
